💼 What You’ll Do as an Assistant Event ManagerSupport the planning and execution of live nonprofit events and outreach campaigns
Coordinate on-site logistics including event setup, vendor management, and breakdown
Lead and motivate event staff and volunteers to deliver seamless experiences
Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and impact analysis
Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to boost visibility and audience engagement
Ensure every event aligns with client missions, fundraising goals, and campaign strategies
Highly organized , detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Confident leader and strong team player with excellent communication skills
Quick-thinking problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Passionate about nonprofit work, community engagement , and helping others
Prior experience in event coordination, volunteer leadership, or public-facing roles is a plus—but not required
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Paid training in event management, leadership, and campaign execution
Weekly pay with performance-based bonuses and incentives
