Due to record-breaking expansion , we’re urgently hiring 3 Full-Time Event Marketing Associates to join our team and support high-impact nonprofit campaigns across the community.

This is a mission-driven, entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone who wants to gain real-world experience in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, or community engagement —while making a meaningful difference.

As an Event Marketing Associate , you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, face-to-face campaigns on behalf of respected charitable organizations:

• Represent national nonprofit partners at live events, retail pop-ups, and community activations

• Interact with the public to raise awareness , educate , and encourage support for impactful causes

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Outreach team to execute high-visibility campaigns

• Serve as a brand ambassador , communicating each nonprofit’s mission with authenticity and impact

• Assist with event setup, merchandising, customer interaction , and post-event breakdown

• Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies and maximize fundraising success

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about making a difference

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

• Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Nonprofit Management is a plus—but not required

• No prior event marketing experience necessary— we provide full, paid training!
